How do I convert my videos so that they work with windows movie maker?

  1. Don't know, but try at http://www.download.com they have tons of free software, and I think you may find what you need there, I always do.


  2. Video formats supported by WMM are : .avi, .wmv, . asf, . mpg, . m1v, . mp2, . mp2v, . mpeg, . mpe, . mpv2, and .wm.

    Make sure if your video is compatible with wmm.

    If not, some video converters can help you, like wondershare video converter, which can convert popular format video to wmm video.

  4. You just need to convert your video to AVI or WMV for windows movie maker, Use SUPER(free)

  5. We'll need to know the file extension of the video that you are attempting to play.  But I'll bet all you need is the dvix codec.  http://www.divx.com
