How do I convert this video?

Question

OK I downloaded AVS Video Converter 6.. I wanted to put a video on Youtube, but it said I had to convert the video to WMV.. So I go to convert the video and I can't find the video.. I made this video in Windows Movie Maker, I tryed to drag and drop it from my desktop.. It said something about a ERROR.. I really don't know how to do this I need help.
