She says no even though I offer to pay for it. I have like tried everything.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Think of a situation in where you wont be able to make calls and the only way to inform her or someone else about a situation is on a text message. Maybe that will help

  3. do extra chores,

    whenever your friends text in front of her say "your so lucky you get to text" or something.

    be super nice about it. and ask her for just a trial month.
