  1. You'd rather let your guests sleep in a small room? That's selfish of you...

Anyway, I had this same issue a year ago. My room can fit:

    a twin bed

    dresser

    bookshelf

desk w/ computer, printer, books for school

    nightstand

closet with sliding doors. NOT walk-in.

And the downstairs master bedroom could fit a queen size plus all the stuff I have now. And it has a little vanity area next to the closet, and a bathroom connecting. It seemed more suitable to me, and my parents moved their bedroom upstairs to a second bonus "living room" that we have, so that the downstairs could have storage in it. But they didn't trust me to have the bedroom right next to the front door, said I'd sneak out if I wanted to...

Doesn't matter now though, we're moving in a few months.

  2. Just ask her. Start with "mom I think my room is too small. Can I move into the guest room?" Be nice about it and ask her when she's in a good mood.

Edit: lol, you asked to answer your question, but I already did! XD

  3. If she said no, then you'll just have to live with that for now.
