How do I convince my parents to let me get a hamster?

I really want a hamster but my parents say they stink and I have ahad a hamster before what do I do?

hmm...i had the same problem about 3 years ago....just tell them how responsible you will be....and get about 30-50$ so you can buy all the basic needs at first and tell your parents you will buy everything and say please alot and if they still say no act reeaaaalllyy sad.....like your about to die over it........they might give in....if they still say no.....you have very strict parents....good luck on the hamster

ok same problem wit me .... tell dem u will take care of da hamster and of course if you get a really bad bedding den it will stink get a newspaper type dey sell it at petco. and ask da ppl der .. it will never stink ... just buy dat and your parents will let youuu...

Be all nice and say this:

"hiiii.....Okay, I have a deal, If I pay for the hamster, feed it, clean it, and pay for everything else it needs, and I take full responsibility of the hamster, can I please please please have a hamster!"

And if they say no:

"PLease! You wouldn't even know the hamster was in my room! It would be just like now except I'd be a very happy child, not begging her parents for a little tiny pet that she will love and take care of...."

And if they still say no:

Kinda act sad, and be like, okay.....

And SOON THEY WILL GIVE IN!

Instead of getting a hamster you should get a gerbil they don't smell bad and there very cute. And tell your parents that a pet can make you responsible. And you should beg.hehe.

show them youre responsible by: doing chores, keeping your room clean for a long time

well talk to your parents about being responsible!! and offer to pay for some of the expenses your self. and if the smell issue is a problem then try care fresh i have a hamster and it doesnt stink at all and is verry absorbent..and go to this website for more questions.
