How do I cook CRISPY noodles?

I would like to achieve the authentic chinese crispy noodles as I'd like to complement it with stir fry veg with mix seafood

you need a wok

u need a wok and a fair bit of oil, HEATED to nearly flash POINT........ DONT do it cos its too dangerous..you'll end up crisping the house as well!!!!!!!!!!

here's a way i have adapted for the not so commercial oriental kitchen...

put noodles on a baking tray , then lightly drizzle them in olive/veg oil and place in preheated oven..SIMPLE!

u might want to try putting them under a grill (never tried it but it could work)

I think you have to first cook them in water, like you would normally, and then when they are cooked you fry them.
