  1. For chicken salad, simmer it in just enough water to cover it, along with a few slices of onion, and celery if you have it.  If you like garlic, you can put some of that in too.  It should be done in a half hour or less.  


  2. I sprinkle some Good Seasons Italian dressing mix and a little Parmesan cheese on each, bake at 400F for 20 minutes..... tender, juicy and tasty.

  3. Try the new microwave bags - made by Ziploc "Zip-n-Steam".   Just throw in the chicken breast and add spices (maybe grab a chicken seasoning spice that includes a blend of different spices) and cook at directed - without oil.  This is the best way to cook a delicious moist chicken breast.  

  4. grilled is the most healthiest , and to give it a little flavor let it soak in italian dressing for about 3 hours b4 making it and it is so wonderful .  

  5. Poach:

    Pour one can of chicken broth into fry pan with a lid.  Add one can of water.  Bring to boil with herbs of choice

    Place in b*****s into boiling liquid.

    Cook four minutes,covered and turn it over

    Cook four more minutes covered.

    Remove from heat, and leave covered for 20 minutes.

    Perfect moist fat-free cooked chicken breast.  Perfect for salads or to toss into stir fry etc

    Dont bake a boneless chicken breast.  It will just dry up.

    Tupperware doesn't make any glass ware.

  6. Chicken Roll Ups**** (try turkey!!!)

    Shake boneless skinless chicken breast or turkey cutlets in shake n bake (recipe follows, or buy it from the store)

    Mix 1 Pkg. stove top stuffing (6oz) with 1 2/3 C water & about 1-3 TB butter. Let stand about 5 minutes. (water doesn't have to be boiled, this is to moisten the stuffing, not cook it)

    Spoon over each piece of meat some stuffing. Roll up & place seam side down on foil lined baking sheet. If there is any stuffing left over from stuffing the chicken, place stuffing over the chicken.

    Toss some veggies (squash, carrots, onion, potaotes, peppers, frozen veggies, etc) in Italian dressing (or whatever you like) Place by the chicken, on foil.

    bake 400 F for 30 minutes.

    Fake Shake N Bake

    3TB whole wheat flour

    1 TB wheat germ (found in cereal isle, or at natural health food stores)

    1/2 C bread crumbs

    2 ts sugar

    1 ts salt

    1 ts italian seasoning

    (may opt. add 1 TB olive oil, but I only have 1x)

    Use as shake 'n bake


  7. Slice or pound it into thin pieces, spread some bbq sauce, or duck sauce and fry w/ a bit of oil over medium heat. I usually serve it this way w/ cooked veggies, or rice. Everyone, kids included, love it.

  9. Season and grill it on your bbq.  (I usually soak chicken in a marinade overnight and there are lots of organic healthy stuff to do that with.  

    Cook over medium heat on bbq until edges are clearly showing signs of cooking through-then turn to other side and cook til juices run clear and it should be done.
