How do I copy a DVD-RW and a DVD+RW into a DVD+R?

The DVD-RW and DVD+RW are both recordings of TV programs, and I would like to know how to copy/burn them into a DVD+R. Will I have to get blank DVD-RWs and DVD+RWs?
