How do I copy from my sky+ hard drive to my archos 605wifi?

I know how to do this from a 'live' show, but would like to know how to set this up to do this overnight. I have read posts from other users that they are able to do this, I just want to know how!

    Your best bet is to contact those people who posted and ask them.  

    If you already know how do it from a live show, then there must be a "timer/schedule-a-recording" feature somewhere. Perhaps their customer support page will have answers, too.
