How do I copy the audio from a music DVD to CD

Does anyone know how I can copy the music from a music DVD to CD, for listening in my car? I have a DVD ripper, Clone-DVD and also have the software; Music-match with which to make Cd's. But how do I get the audio from the DVD into my music-match program? Any ideas?
