How do I copy tv prgrms Ive recorded on a dvd recorder, to another dvd using my laptop, I dont have nero.?

my new computer doesnt have nero burning software.the nero rips from the dvd to the hdd, and then burns it to a blank. I cant make my laptop do it. Free software is what I want. I have vista home premium.thanks........
