How do I correct an allergatoring finish?

Using Minwax stain on an oak door. Allergatoring in topcoat

Sand door & use "stain controller" prior to re-applying stain.  Understand that “stain” and “finish” are two different products.  Talk to a reputable paint dealer for further advise (type of sand paper, finish etc.)
