How do I correct this? Programs dissapearing off screen...?

Okies, here is my issue...

My Yahoo Messenger interface, and a few other select programs like to dissapear somewhere off to the right of my screen, where I can't see them... The only way I can fix it is to Maximize it, so that I can see the edge.. and move it back, but with some of the programs I can't do that.

Any help please? ^^

Try using something like "shove-it" for xp,idont really know, since it doesnt really happen to me. Good luck!
