I just purchased a blackberry phone, this phone won me over for the quality of video and pictures it records (which I had to go to the extra expence of separately purchasing a media card to slide in it or the phone would not record video, store pics or music) little did I know the headache I had to go through after downloading video to my computer, the videos download as 3GP files...my computer media player does not recognize that, so I downloaded a file converter..my videos now convert from 3GP to avi..which my media player recognizes and will play...only with sound and no picture.

The sales clerk was of no help..she wasn't even aware that the phone needed a media card to begin with.

I want for the videos to correctly save on the computer in a format that windows media player will play.
