  1. Those are incorect values for any card counting sytem with available indexes.

aces have different values in different systems, in some systems they are kept track of seperately, in some systems they are not counted at all.  The aces is the most valuable card to keep track of and it shoudl be counted in some way.

In general card coutnign is assigning point values to cards, and adding them together as they are dealt, you then change you bet sizes and playign decisions based on that information, when done correctly you gain an edge, its worth noting that without a full understanding of card coutnign it will not be done correctly.

A proficient card counter will win~60 of the time he/she enters a casino, and lose ~40% of the time  There always remains the possibility of losing multiple times in a row and goign broke, this never goes away, however the more money you have to play with the closer the probibility of this happening gets to 0%  this is known as the risk of ruin, or RoR for short.

It is intersting to note that even a card counter will lose more hands than they win, and never will the odds of winning a single hand exceed 50% the player edge lies in the ability for the player to split, double and get payed 3:2 for naturals

  2. <<<How do I count cards?>>>

Every card is assigned a point value. Every time you see a card you add it's point value to the total raw count. You divide the raw count by the number of decks you have not seen to get the true count.

You then vary your bets and your play according to the true count. Generally you bet more with a higher point count. How you vary your play depends on the counting system you are using.

I have never seen a counting system that used the values you listed, so I cannot say what an ace is worth in that system.

    <<<Do i always win?>>>

Absolutely not. As a matter of fact, without a very large bankroll you can be almost sure to lose if you play long enough.
