How do I create a group on Facebook?

On the new Facebook on the home page there's a box on the right labeled "Bookmarks."  Click on the link that says "Groups."  On the top right of the screen above the list of "Your recently updated groups" there's a silver button that says "+ Create a New Group."  Click that and it's pretty self explanatory from there!
