How do I create a psi ball, why can;t I see it, what am I supposed to feel.?

When you create a psi-ball, you should first rub your hands together vigorously for about 15 seconds, your hands should be feeling tingly, make sure your elbows are supported  make an oval shape with your hands then focus hard, your hands should become more tingly and the air should be more dense, you might not be able to see it because you are not adding enough energy to it, i can't even see the ones i make, but i know i make them because the air is very dense if you start to get close to seeing one you may see little sparks between your hands( its happened to me a couple times) Hope this helps =]
