How do I create a reseach paper?

My dad wants me to give him a 2 page report of the red-tailed tinfoil barb. Im not very strong on long reports so how should the report be formed in the facts and details of the fish, such as which facts go first and second etc.?

Tips on making the paper longer without using fillers sentences?
