How do I create more web traffic?

Hello peeps, I have a website (made on webjam) that is called:

www.lolage-domination.co.cc

(i changed domain name...)

I need to know how I can increase traffic and if anybody here could make a banner or something that says lolage-domination. Anyway, could anyone help. Please visit site so you get the idea of what my insane rambling is about!
