What's the easiest way to create my own template when selling items on eBay?

Depending on how well you are in HTML, the best way is to create your own template -- that way you can make sure that your template is original and just yours

But there are sites that give free eBay templates such as this

eBay also has its own Listing Designer that can help you create great eBay templates -- the catch of course is that there's a fee :o(

I will have to agree on how well you know html. It is very easy to make ebay templates if you know how to make tables, then ad your images. You can see here is a couple ebay ads that I made for a few of my clients which are very simple but yet effective.

They are both the same layout with different pictures to match what the client is selling. When you think of a template just keep your product in mind, For kids or pets, you want it to be warm and colorful, and for things like electronics, you want them to feel kinda techno about it... Believe it or not alot of people will buy from you just because your ad makes them feel a certain way. For example, No one will buy baby items if you have them listed on a dark background....

Its crazy the way our minds work as consumers.

Use auctiva to list your items. They have free templates. You can also have as many pictures as you want and will only be charged for 1 of ebay. You can also Schedule times to post your item with no charge as ebay charge 20 cents per listing.
