How do I customize my psp?

I have the slim psp, and the system software is 4.5

Is there any way to customize the theme, ie: the Icons and the backgrounds?

If you know a way plz explain how you do it.

I'm sorta a newb at modding my psp.

you can customize it by adding a skin, a case, and downloading windows xp, or vista to it, go to pspblender.com to get any psp game, and wallpaper, and music, and video, and movie
