How do I cut a picture??

Question

Say i wanted 2 make it look like i was in a pic with something else & make it look real...

[Like in paint for example.. or photoflitre...]

Photoshop is a great program to use though.

Both programs you mentioned would take forever.

Well best to use is photoshop, but I don&#039;t have any experience in it. =/

My sister though jsut cuts as neatly as she can around the edges of her friends and puts them on top of other pictures to make it look cool.
