How do I dance at the night club tonight?

It has dance music, and some rock and rap. I dont feel comfortable dancing because i dont know how. So i am one of those guys that just sit in the chair at the bar bobbing his head. pretty sad huh? does anyone have any adivce on dance techniquess or soemhting?

Watch other people and basically copy what they are doing.  It's not hard and usually people have had had a bit to much to drink so don't pay too much attention anyhow.

Go to youtube and do a search for "clubdancelessons."  

They have some great videos that will get you by in the club.  

Be sure to look at their videos on grinding/freak dancing and rythymn.

just get drunk.......and get loose.....then u wont notice
