My powdered creamer has turned clumped into a hardened piece after just a few days. How do I de-clump this and keep it in its powdered form?

  1. Use a potato masher to break up the clumps, or a fork.

To stop it from caking, you have to keep it dry, away from moisture, so seal it in a tupperware container or ziplock, or bottle that you can tightly close up.

The caking occurs when moisture in the air dissolves it a little and they stick to other particles around then, and forms small lumps.  These lumps then stick to other lumps etc and ends up in a big lump.

  2. hmm... i always hate it when it does that.  N e way, if the cofee is hot enough, it should still be able to dissolve it.  Other than that, all you can really do is break it up with a knife or something and shake  it every now and then.

  3. Shake it well

  4. Get a new tin

  5. are you keeping the container sealed properly? mine doesn't do that...  I actually prefer the liquid creamers over powder b/c they are so chalky. ick!

  6. Blend it in your blender and then keep it in an air tight container.

  7. I know the cheap stuff does that often.  Try using a sifter.

  8. Convert it to a liquid. Mix it with hot water. The directions are on the jar. I think it's 1 to 1, water and creamer. Keep it refrigerated afterwards.
