  1. You might be surprised how often this happens. If the others know how old you are, they also know why you need to repeat, so it's no big deal. It's really weird when you get out into the world and you're the boss of people who are older than you are. Happens all the time! No worries!

  2. No one needs to know how old you are. I dont think they all going around asking ages!

If someone ask then just tell them your age and then if they ask if you were held back just tell them the truth!

Dont be ashame of your age!

  3. first of all, it's really not that bad.  I was nearly a year older than my class, i turned 18 in sept of my senior year.  there are some benefits, you'll be the first one in your class to be able to drive, buy cigarettes, buy R rated movie tickets, etcetera.  just don't let it bother you, i know that's trite to say but really, no one else will care as much as you do!

  4. Just don't tell people how old you are. You don't necessarily have to make up a fake age because they will probably find out later anyway but if you are already friends with people it won't really matter.

(Trust me, being younger than everyone is worse!!!!)

  5. just deal with it and dont tell anyone how old u are. make a false age to them. no one needs to know how old u are. i repeated 1st grade and by the time i was a senior and graduated i was 19 years old. i graduated in 2002 and i didnt tell anyone how old i was.
