How do I deal with people who engage escorts but no show?

As an escorts agency, we have many callers booking an escorts, confirming time and place, but no show when the escorts turn up. These causes lots of inconvenience for the ladies that prepares themselves for the occasion. Any suggestions on how I can deal with these people or how to prevent it from happening?

Get payment at the time of booking.  Require a credit card and charge them even if they don't show up.  It may not prevent the problem, but at least you will still get paid.
