How do I dearl with skunks in my garden?

I am an organic gardener. Some animal (I assume it's a skunk) is climbing the four foot high fence and getting into my vegetable garden and digging (I assume for grubs) and ruining my plants. It is not eating the plant s(lettuce, tomatoes, squash.)

might also be armadillos, depending on where u live. i am in tx. had a lot of them. I used ant and grub killer on yard . it helped to stop them. an all natural solution is orange peel around vegetables, it deters the grubs and ants.

Skunks dislike ammonia a whole lot.  Try spraying a border around your garden with household ammonia or hanging rags soaked with ammonia on your fence.
