How do I decrease the size of my muscle on my upper arm?

My arms are toned because I always use it but when I put on one of my buttoned sleeve shirt I couldn't put my right upper arm through. Well, I could but it felt tight so I want to remove some of my muscle on that arm. How do I do it? Not move it all? Its mainly muscle not fat.

I think I ate a powerbar before I exercised then it powered up my arm =S ... joking

any help would be great.

  1. Try doing more cardio (running) to help break down the muscle, in a healthy way.  


  2. Um..I never thought I'd ever hear this question..um..do a lot of cardio..i mean A LOT..cardio burns not only fat but muscle too..

  5. If you lift weights I think the only way to lose that muscle is to stop lifting. But if that isn't the reason for the muscle that you have....I think you'll just have to start buying bigger shirts.

  6. omine theres nothing wrong whith shaped woman, just stop eating and your body will eat its muscle so you will look skinnier whithing a few day

  7. Just stop working that part for a while like a couple a weeks to a month. It maybe you genetic make up. I tend to have larger arms workouts or not. It is just how god made me.

  8. I don't know why you just don't buy bigger shirts. There is nothing wrong with being toned.  If you have your heart set on losing the muscle, you can put that arm in a sling and swath and in 2 weeks your arm will be skin and bones. It really does happen that fast. I broke my shoulder and with my arm in a sling and swath, my once muscular shoulder and arm was nothing but skin and bones. The problem is as soon as you start using your arm again, the muscle will come back almost as fast as you lost it. Muscle is s**y, don't worry about it.
