How do I delete History Swatter that was downloaded on my computer?

History Swatter deletes recycle bin each time close out - want it off my computer- can not find on c drive or control pannel - NEED HELP!

Start Menu>All Programs>Set Programs Access and Defaults.

Go to control pannel

add and remove programs

Then select it from the list and delite it from the hard drive.
