How do I delete Trojan Horses?

I lent my computer to a buddy for a day, and or COURSE, the idiot visited a hentai site. Moron. But now, my computer has two trojan horses. I have a new Dell Inspiron with Windows Vista and McAfee Security Center. I don't have any money to spend, and if at all possible I'd like to avoid downloading. What do I do? PLEASE HELP! :(

  1. Download free antivirus like Avast or AVG

  2. If you did a scan with McAfee and it found the Trojan then it either deleted it already or it's in quarantine.
