How do I delete a down load toolbar?

I downloaded the Alot toolbar. It is annoying. How do I get rid of it off my computer?

click start, fiddle around with stuff n there till u find a list of what you have...you can remove a bunch of stuff

Goto Start --> All Programs --> Control Panel --> Add/Remove Program

Select the program you would like to uninstall and then uninstall by following instructions

go to control panel>add remove programs>pick the program you wish to remove and go through the step as they pop up
