How do I delete a file that gets "The File You Are Looking For Is Inaccessible"?

It also says "Please sign in and try again or check with the owner of the file. " although I am already signed in and I am the owner of the file. I also cannot edit the file. The same error comes up. Please help me!

  1. Right click it and delete. The contents are already deleted.
