How do I delete a "forum" from "my yahoo group?"?

Assuming you mean the message archive, you can turn this off.  Go into Management and under Group Settings, click on Messages.  Click the edit next to Posting and Archives.  Under Archives, select "Off".  You can also turn off the ability to post in the box above, if you want.  When you are done, save changes.
