How do I delete an email address from a group when yahoo doesn't recognize her as a member of the group?

user is receiving emails posted to the group, has tried to unsubscribe three times, but yahoo groups says she is not a member - help!

if the member is no longer in your members list, you as an owner cant help. be sure you enter the e-mail address into the search field of the members list, make sure it's not there. it's a glitch. the person would need to send in this form.
