How do I delete artwork from my iPod?

I want to change the pictures but I can't delete them via iTunes... How do I change them? Preferably without creating an iTunes account.

well first you plug your iopd in the computer.

then iTunes will show up saying," _____'s iPod".  Then, theres this box that says "display album artwork on iPod" (that box is automatically checked." You uncheck that box, and that's it.
