How do I delete blank lines in excel?

Do i need to run a macro? Or can I do a search?

  1. try creating a filter

    e.g. the auto filter

    from there select the blanks and then delete them


  2. full lines or a cell , try edit delete line or column or cell be careful .

  3. select the lines and delete the via line no.

    right click on line no you will find delete options.


  4. On the empty line right click on the 'A' cell and select Delete. Another dialogue box will come up and as exactly what you want to do. Delete 'Row' and it will take it out and move everything up one row, but still keep the numbers the same. Any formula's will be automatically updated.
