  1. use adaware personal se from www.lavasoft.com

    download hijackthis from download.com and search for a forum where you can post the results and someone can help you.


  2. try going to the msn home page, download the web root spy ware, and the McAfee anti virus soft ware, If that doesn't work try the inter net and search Ad-ware SE personal.  Hope that will work for you.
