How do I delete history on my address bar after visiting a website?

  1. Shame on you for going where you shouldn't.  :>

    Go to tools, internet options, general tab, and delete files.  Be patient.  If you haven't done it for a while, it can take several minutes.


  2. First, click on the history button on the menu bar.  When it opens, right click on the history list and select delete.

    Then click on the start menu, right click on the internet icon, select 'internet properties' and select the choice for Delete temporary internet files and cookies.  Delete them.  Then click on settings, in the same section.  Under the history selection, you can set the computer to clear your history every 1 day.  

    This only clears the quick look for website history, but it will stop casual searchers.

  3. go to tools on top of broswer click on that , when the drop down box appears click on  internet options, another big box will appear click on delet files , then click on delet on off line files and delete them then click on delete cookies  and you should be good yo go, hope this helps you
