How do I delete malware and the bugs off my computer?

Question

i'm pretty sure this is a virus but whenever i try to delete it, it keeps coming back.

and the bugs, they're like black roaches that make blue spots all over my computer.

and now theres this antivirus XP 2008 that says i have like 748 viruses, and i think its a fake too.

AVAST (Free edition) for Anti Virus    OR

AVG (Free edition)  it now comes with anti spyware.

For Spyware -  SpyBot Search and Destroy. It is Free.

Ccleaner - to remove unwanted programs and clean the regestry.

my friend laptop was also infected by that virus. i used three antivirus program (updated). with no work. I've used anti spyware and adware programs with no luck. and there's this icon's that keeps going back on the desktop. And also it messes up your internet connection. other free program have a hidden virus.

so i decided to re-format the drive. hope you find your solution to that annoying problem.

I know a company that help with almost any computer problem. They are btexpress computer repair. They are great. I went to them and they know what they are doing. I love what they done to my computer. It was not fast and had viruses on it but, now it is clean and fast as lighten. download avg free from www.downloads.com then run a total system scan then the viruses should come up and be destroyed
