How do I delete one of yahoo groups?

I have 2 Yahoo! Groups and I want to delete the both for a different group that I can do more on. How do I delete them?

if owner- on the left tabs of the group click management- next page right middle under group settings click delete- next page give reason and confirm delete

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column Leave Group, check small box - click save changes
