You mean the solitaire game? It came with windows and isn't really taking up enough space to bother with. You can delete it out of this folder  C:\WINDOWS\system32

If you mean the game spider, you can go to search all files and folders and search "spider.exe" and once found delete file.

However it may still show up on your games folder but you will no longer be able to use it.
