How do I delete the uxtheme patch?-It messed up my computer!

Question

I have a problem:

I was trying to get these windows vista themes because I have xp, and i downloaded this uxtheme multipatcher, and at first it didn't work.

Then it told me to restart the computer for it to work, so i did and now everything on my computer is messed up.

I think it is on the windows classic theme and I can't change it.

PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THIS PATCH.

Just do a normal system restore...
