How do I delete things in the control panel?

I went too the add or remove section of the control panel and found a program I wanted too delete, it was a Learn Italian software. The box thing said: Remove/Change. When I clicked it like halfway opened up but then closed, it happened every time after that.

Check your program folders, if it's there delete it

Add/remove programs find and delete

Go to search, enter name and delete all

Best to do this ion the safe mode

Reboot your computer while holding down the F8 Key. At the Advanced Options Menu select the option for Safe Mode and press Enter.

THe uninstall program of tHat software is corrupted ort damaged, i recommend you tHat you to just delete program on it's Program files directory. and if you want to go furtHer, you migHt WANT to delete tHe software's system registry. :D
