How do I delete this annoying GAP ad featuring Will Arnett & Amy Poehler that keeps constantly playing?

Agreed with all. Can see the Ad masquarading silently on this page.

Y!arlady, It scared me too, almost 'jumped out of my skin.' I couldn't locate its source soon enough. Tried suggested procedures too. Likes to explore site with other Y/audio on. But this couple really getting on my nerves!!

Elaine, you're right, this menace may just be testing the waters before the big tsunami! May have to turn off the radio.

I'm afraid this is the first of many such ads.  There must be someone out there who knows how we can get together to prevent these things from happening.  I don't want to turn off my sound because I need it for other things.  And I shouldn't have to do so.

If you are using Internet Explorer goto tools\internet options\advanced

scroll down to multimedia and disable play movie play sound.

increase security settings in internet options< don't go to high or you'll ruin the isp access.

I usually have my sound turned off, so when I left the sound on yesterday after listening to an e-card greeting, I practically jumped out of my skin when they started talking.

Just turn off your sound.
