How do I delete tracking cookies after avg free 8 finds them at the end of a scan

Are there any links on how to delete what is found after the scan under the tab warnings or how do you do this

You could just go to your Tools>Internet Options>History and delete the cookies/history of your browser itself.

It's simple and effective, but it does get rid of all cookies.
