How do I design a FLASH INTRO for my page?

I am a dancer and I want the opening to be a dancer and it jumps, then the curtain falls and my name, however - I HAVE NO CLUE how to do this! How do I find someone? Can someone do this for me? I am willing to hire a designer but I can't find one. There's too much on the search engine's ...it's overwhelming.
