I own a website that is an LLC and I would like to start opening it up for some funding. I'm just not sure how I go about taking investments and determining how it is beneficial to them as far as paying them back.

  1. Go to a CPA.  That is the best thing you can do because everyone here is going to guess.

  2. Basically when you have LLC it's up to you to convince prospective investors about the value of your company and it's up to them to decide if they want to invest.

Since it's LLC you have much less people interested in your company.

But I guess you could consult a few venture companies. They specialise in investing in LLC and have good experience but beware they're very stingy.
