How do I determine my skin tone?

Hi everyone. I am not one to use too much make-up but I've been dying to buy the bare minerals foundation I see on tv so much.

I'm about to purchase it but I don't know what my skin tone is or what under colors I have. I really don't even know what that means.

I'm Hispanic, from Peru.

Looks to me like Medium/Light.

I really like the BareMinerals Foundation, but lately I just use Physicians Formula Mineral Foundation. It works exactly the same.
