Do cats look the same down there after being fixed?

you can still tell lthe s*x of a cat even after it has been spayed (female will have ovaries removed ) or neutered ( male will have testicles removed). ...everything else is still there so you can tell the difference..lol    hope that helped :o)

LMB2275 is right, all the external stuff is the same.  Even though the testicles are removed from a male, you can still see the furry little outsides that held them. Those just look smaller in neutered boys.  

The p***s is usually inside it's own little furry covering, I have 5 boys are have only actually seen any of theirs a couple times, so don't expect to actually see a kitty p***s on any male, fixed or not.

Cats have either a v****a or p***s that is visible to the naked eye. Their genitalia is quite small though! If you're not sure, take your cat to the veterinarian.

Trust me You can still tell which ones a boy or a girl Cause when they get neutered They only chop off their balls not their p***s So for a male He will have a fleshy piece covered in hair between his legs As if it were a female She would just have nipples
