How do I determine the value of my website?

I'm looking to sell a small online business and need help in determining it's value. I've used the "Website Value Calculator" at glurk.com but am looking to compare it with similar services.

Often people buy domain names or Web sites on a multiple of annual profit.   For example, if a site earns $10,000 a year, if may sell for 6 times that = $60,000.  I have seen multiples of 4 to 10 times annual earnings.
